It provides a catalog of available APIs and services, documentation and resources for developers, user and team management, usage analytics and monitoring, and support and community resources.</p><h4 id=\"how-do-i-create-an-account\">How do I create an account?</h4><p>To create an account, visit the <a href=\"https://dx.dxm.digitalrealty.com/\">DX Portal</a> and click on the \"Login\" button in the top right corner. Then click on \"Register\" to create a new account. In general, the Playground and Sandbox environments have lower rate limits than Production.
